Please be advised that eDocuments will be unavailable on Sunday January 29th between 07:00 AM (EST) and 09:00 AM (EST), and 11:00 AM (EST) and 01:00 PM (EST) for a scheduled upgrade. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause as we improve our services.
2011 TAX SLIPS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE:
Notably, for the first time, tax slips are now available for electronic delivery. If you have signed up for electronic delivery, your 2011 tax slips will automatically be available online via eDocuments. Tax slips delivered via eDocuments will no longer be sent via traditional mail. Please refer to the schedule attached to your December, 2011 statement to obtain more information.

Sign Up for Private Client Access and Canaccord eDocuments
As a Canaccord client, you can access your account holdings, transaction
history, research and related information, and access your online statements
and trade confirmations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our online
portal.

Canaccord will email your login information to you.

To subscribe to eDocuments you must already have signed up for a
Private Client Access User ID and Password. After login please click on the
eDocuments link on the left menu to access this service.

As per IIROC regulations and our corporate policy, please note that client
instructions to buy or sell investments left on voice mail or sent by e-mail
cannot be accepted.
